In 2006, our company received the H.L. Boling Award, sponsored by the Mine Safety and Health Administration. This annual award is given to the quarry with the best safety record in the South Central District, comprised of Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas. In 2008, we received the award again, making Colorado Materials the first quarry to win this prestigious honor twice.
